Booking & Logistics
How far in advance should we book?
For peak wedding season (May through October), most couples book us 12–18 months in advance. We take a limited number of weddings per year to ensure every couple gets our full creative energy.
What is the payment schedule?
To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (usually 30%). The remaining balance is typically due on the week of wedding. We can also discuss a payment plan that works for you.
Do you travel for weddings outside the GTA?
Absolutely. Our passports are ready! For weddings outside the Greater Toronto Area (Hamilton, Niagara, etc.), a standard travel fee applies. For international destination weddings, we create a custom travel package that covers flights and accommodation.
We have a multi-day wedding. Can you build a custom package?
Yes. We know that South Asian weddings often include multiple events (Dholki, Mehndi, Nikkah, Valima). In your inquiry form, simply list the dates and hours needed for each event, and we will build a custom proposal for comprehensive coverage.
